508 error

    When viewing the auction products in multiple tabs it shows 508 error. I have all the default settings and the “Bidding information update duration” is also 5 so that the user will get the latest bidders in quick time. I have upgraded shared hosting server to dedicated server too. Is there any other solution for this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Setting low value for “Bidding information update duration”, will increase load on your server, in this case, your server should have enough resources to handle the requests for updating pages.
