509 Bandwidth Limit

Hi, I’m new to being in charge of a groups wordpress.com site, thesocietybdsm.com NSFW, by the way. Occasionally, I can refresh and see my two front disclaimer pages. After that, the main site give the “509 Bandwidth limit exceeded” message. I’m fairly new with WordPress but can usually figure this type of thing out. I’ve looked everywhere to find solutions. No, I don’t know where to go to see if there was recent traffic(any recommendations on doing that would be appreciated). So, what do I do now? Who do I contact since I can’t even get into the site, especially if it’s a media problem because uploading media was the last thing I did when logged in last week. Help meeee!
