530 Login authentication failed

    I have hosting at godaddy.

    I setup wordpress via there easy install. However I cant access my databases with FTP software (tried 2)

    Im using the right host name (ftp.russellglamour.com which is my site were wp is installed)
    Username: rus0903203455721 (godaddy created this and say its both username and database name)

    and Im using the right password.

    Any ideas?

    you can’t access your database with ftp – only the files on your server.

    You will access your database in the godaddy control center with their db manager
