• We just released 5.3.11. This addresses a minor bug that allowed non admin users to see the dashboard widget.

Reporting was a feature we have long been asked to provide. If the dashboard widget is something you do not need, you can disable the widget in one of two ways. Go to the top of the dashboard page and select “screen options”. Uncheck the box by “Wordfence activity in the past 2 weeks” or by going to the wordfence options page and unchecking the box that says “Enable activity report widget on dashboard” under the Email Summary section.

    Thanks!

  • I can’t access the admin dashboard or my website for http://www.theadventuresofflapjack.com Instead, I’m getting the following error message.

“Parse error syntax error unexpected ‘referrer’ (T-String), expecting “, or “;” in/home4/kimcohen/public_html/theadventuresofflapjack.com/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceClass.php on line 660″

What can I do to resolve this issue since I cannot access the dashboard at all? Will Hostgator who hosts the site be able to remedy this or is a fix being created and released as I type this?

To clarify…by fix….I mean one for the plugin.
