First, Jeff et al., thank you for doing this. Your years of hard work to make the Internet safer – and giving away the results of your work for free – are very greatly appreciated. I already have quite a few plugins, so rather than installing BBQ I copied the 6G rules into htaccess. Please confirm my understanding that the two methods are equivalent. And, since I won’t know when the plugin is updated, how can I stay up-to-date on 6G updates? I looked for a mailing list signup on Perishable Press, did not find one.

Sorry Jeff, I see that you already answered the first question in response to a previous recent post – and it was the answer I was hoping for! Still curious about keeping up-to-date on 6G updates.

    Hi aCstudent,

Glad to help. For keeping track of G-Series updates, the easiest way is to subscribe to the Perishable Press feed, or alternately you can subscribe to the quarterly newsletter (available in the sidebar of any page at Perishable Press). Either of these channels will include infos on new versions, etc.
