7.3.14 – Timer doesn’t work

The timer doesn’t work with the release 7.3.14 of QSM. With the same quizz setting, the time worked on the previous release.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I request you to please check below-given screencast link and follow the step. Please make sure that in the advanced timer tab “Start timer automatically on page” is set to 1 and click on the save changes button. Hope your issue will get resolved.

But there is no such tab like advanced timer tabHi vijayp4you,
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of QSM. Then I request you to please check the below-given documentation link and follow it.
If you still face the same issue then please share the correct quiz URL and screenshot of the quiz’s options tab. So I will check and help you to fix the issue.

It seems that with the release of QSM 7.3.14, when we set “question per page” not equal to 0, the timer doesn’t work… see the video:

The best advice I can give is the standard fault finding and fixes. I first advise you to clear the cache and cookies. You can also try to reset your permalinks and try again.
The issue could also be due to a theme or plugin conflictThemes:
As a test, switch to a default theme such as twenty-twenty and see if this fixes it.Plugins:
If that doesn’t work, also deactivate all plugins apart from QSM and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.If you cannot do this to your site (say because it is live) then use the ‘troubleshooting’ features of this plugin to let you test without affecting other users
