Hi @nabytekzlesa,
Thanks for reaching out, and we deeply regret that you had to face this issue.
We’ve identified an issue related to a CDATA formatting bug in Product Feed Manager versions 7.4.61 and 7.4.62. Our developer is already working on a fix, and we’ll make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, this issue does not exist in PFM version 7.4.60. If you roll back to that version, your feed should work correctly again without the bracket/CDATA problem.
You only need to roll back the main Product Feed Manager plugin.
Option 1: Roll back directly from your dashboard (recommended)
- Go to Product Feeds → Settings → Controls in your WordPress dashboard
- If you’re on 7.4.61, you should see v7.4.60 listed at the top under the rollback option
- Click Reinstall v7.4.60 — that’s it
- You can use this screenshot as a reference: https://prnt.sc/4UyKd92Do6Bu
Option 2: Manual download from ww.wp.xz.cn
- You can also download version 7.4.60 from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/best-woocommerce-feed/advanced/
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, select version 7.4.60 from the dropdown, download it, then install and activate it on your site.

Important steps after rolling backOnce you’ve reverted to 7.4.60, please make sure to:
- Manually regenerate the feed from Product Feed Manager (don’t rely on the old file)
- Clear all caches (plugin cache, server cache, and CDN if applicable)
- Go to Google Merchant Center and manually re-fetch / update the feed
This part matters because Google may still be reading a cached version of the old feed even after the rollback.
Also, keep in mind that Google Merchant Center doesn’t update instantly — it can take a few hours for the new feed data to be fetched and reflected correctly.
As soon as the fixed version is ready, I’ll inform you so you can update safely.
Let me know if you run into anything while rolling back.
Best Regards,
