It seems #_EDITLOCATIONLINK does not function the same as #_EDITEVENTLINK, in fact the placeholder is not being processed in the location formatting at all. (It just prints: #_EDITLOCATIONLINK). Is there a setting I’m missing? I’ve tried page and post templates with the same result. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

#_EDITLOCATIONLINK would work if you’re on a Location Single Page or on location list. It won’t display a link if it doesn’t a valid location. Please try adding it under Events > Settings > Formatting > Locations > Single location page format

That is how I’ve added it. It only displays “#_EDITLOCATIONLINK”. I’ve also disabled plugins, cleaned out old tables, reinstalled EM, cleared caches, etc. Also tried using single-location.php templating and an individual page template. No luck. Makes no difference if the location was created by front-end form or in admin.

update on this; this is more of a documentation issue and you can use placeholder #_LOCATIONEDITLINK instead
