_wp_link_placeholder problem

    Hi,

    I’ve tried many nofollow plugins in the repository and they all seem to have same issues.
    One that is present on all of them is that it adds a _wp_link_placeholder instead of link.
    This happens when you paste a link http://example.com and then select it and click the ‘insert/edit link’ button. The URL is not http://example.com, but it’s _wp_link_placeholder. Can we have it populate the URL with the selected link, like WP normally does?

    Also, why is the wp-link-text-field filed hidden when using this plugin?

    And the ‘Cancel’ button doesn’t work.
