A bug or htaccess problem?

    Hello.
    I just installed a fresh copy of WordPress to my site. It installed fine, except the problem, that I had to change blog adress in phpMyAdmin myself to get it to work.

    No the admin panel works, but the blog itself doesn’t. When I point my browser to http://www.spy.ru/blog/ it goes crazy and adds another url. Try it.

    http://www.spy.ru//www.spy.ru/blog/

    WTF?

    I think it some kind related to .htaccess issue. But I don’t know that voodoo. So please, someone, help me.

    What should I say in .htaccess file to make my blog work?
