A chat bot plugin with chat that does not work

    Didn’t even try it. Was interested in their full version a $200 plus spend. Fired up their bot twice and selected live chat, was told I was chatting with two different people but had no responses from either.

    I always check support before buying any plugin and this company failed miserably. I can only image what actual support is like when pre-sales support is shocking.

    Hi,

    This is a ChatBot. The live chat option in demo is not attended. There is no operator online. We left it on for testing purposes only.
