I just installed Link Juicer to test, but all quizzes are showing as normal, so it must be a combination of your Link Juicer settings and perhaps quiz settings (IE: Timer, pagination, etc).
Curious if perhaps that plugin is adding some JavaScript (or direct buffer) that changes the page content which is stopping HD Quiz from showing the quiz since — well, the quiz is no longer visible to it, the content has changed before HD Quiz could even load.
I see in the Link Juicer settings, Content tab, they have an “Exclude HTML areas from linking”, which is exactly what you need. The only problem is that it seems that feature is for their Pro version only.
So I recommend the following.
- If you get the pro version of that plugin, add
Div container to the Exclude HTML areas from linking setting. All HD Quiz quizzes are inside a div with the class name of hdq_quiz_wrapper
- That plugin also contains a setting for “Blacklist of posts that should not be used for linking” that is part of the free plugin. You can use this to add the pages/post with quizzes on them.
UPDATE:
I just had another user with the exact same issue.
https://hdplugins.com/hdsupport/hd-quiz-support/hd-quiz-wont-load-on-my-site/
I am also using Internal Link Juicer plugin on our website for automatic linking… and they released new version yesterday which seems to doing this (and also hiding some images in few articles on our site)
So it seems that the issue is with the Link Juicer plugin, so I recommend contacting them for support and to notify them of this issue.
