All of the issues you had raised were escalated to our development team, but until we come out with a new version update the resolutions won’t be visible.
Unfortunately, we are not authorized to make any changes to your account so you will have to delete your apps and account yourself, please downgrade your subscription to the Preview plan to avoid being charged again.

There was a really premium subscription with a price of up to $150, but when I asked them to get a file for the ios version, they told me that there was a problem, but they could not solve it and that the matter was too big to be solved.
Could you make me look for another company?
I have already found a company with strong technical support and now my apps are working fine on Google and Apple platforms
I had paid for the subscription, but I did not get anything other than wasting time more than wasting the money I spent on it
