    Hi,

    Firstly, I’m creating a 2-step form. Originally it was working, however once I removed check boxes, the submit button goes missing.

    Form 1:
    [select* menu-402 id:form-select include_blank “Owner Operator” “Company Driver”]
    [multistep “1-2-linkName”] <– I added the correct permalink, as I had no issues before.
    [submit “Send”]

    Secondly, am I not able to create check boxes each under a different name? When I first tried this the submit button went missing. The reason why I wanted this is so that when the person receives the email they don’t just get a long sentence of the named options they had checked.

    Lastly, When I had put the check boxes under the same name, the submit button appeared. However when I added radio buttons the submit button disappeared.
