    The Plugin works great, but I see a few issues:

    1. Disable Past Dates doesn’t work. I activated that option and “past dates” still show up.
    2. Fields are not showing up on the Order confirmation page and Orders page (dashboard) if we choose the location as “After Add To Cart Form”.
