A Few Issues With This Plugin…

    Hi There!…

    First off, thank you for your hard work here. Great concept, I’m on the fence whether or not to purchase the pro version because I am experiencing a few issues

    I am using Salient 8 theme, running wordpress 4.7.5 and php 7. That being said, here are the issues that I have uncovered with the most recent updates.

    In version 3.0.2 & 3.0.3 the form is not submitting and hangs on submission. I rolled back the plugin to version 3.0.1 and everything works as advertised.

    When using the popup option… the form gets cut off in the header and footer area. I attempted to change the z-index on both theme and form with no success. The form also is not centering properly.

    A few suggestions that I would love to see implemented…

    More robust form validation.

    Both form error warnings and form submission success message get lost at the top. It would be great to see validation happen at the field level rather than a rogue message at the top that gets overlooked.

    After successful form submission either close the form and be shown the validation or page up to an anchor at the point of the message so it is more clear to the end-user what is happening with the info they are submitting.

    The form is the most important variable in this plugin IMO. It seems to fall a little short of using modern AJAX / Jquery techniques for the suggestions I have detailed above. A few tweaks in this area and I think you have a winner here.

    Caldera forms is an exceptional example of form functionality IMO.

    However, we are sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    After hearing from you, we have doubled checked this on our side, haven’t found any such issue there. Regarding your issue with form not submitting, it could be a plugin confliction, will you please disable all the plugins and check this again.

    The issue with the pop-up might be due to a theme confliction, we would request you to switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check this again.

    Thank you for sharing us your suggestions, we are definitely keeping this on our list for the future update. This will really make our plugin a robust one.
