    dear Sir/madam

    I am using the free version

    i dont know the issue i have are because of free version or something else.

    in email part main issue is activation email with after the tick and submit in setting shows error 403 page please note i installed smtp and its working fine so i dont know why activation is not working.

    in the website page when i go to user profile page again i get error 403 and can not see the profile page or update it

    This site behavior isn’t normal. It’s possible there’s an error or plugin conflict on your site. I recommend enabling the debug log to get error information and testing for conflicts.

    Status code 403 is most often caused by a firewall or security plugin, so check them first.

    Hello @persgig,

    This is difficult to resolve on your own. I recommend contacting your hosting support team and asking them to figure out why their firewall is triggering. I suspect the firewall has some strange restrictions on permalinks and query parameters. But it could be something else.
