A great plugin idea

Hey i have noticed that the DISQUS plugin has a section that says reactions, which shows twitter icons form users that have retweeted a post on your blog.

Also when you hover over their icon it shows the rewteet.

I was thinking that this should be a plugin separate from disqus as well, who else thinks so.
