I do not have a website right now. I work on Localhost.
That’s why I took a video.
You are seeing a flash of unstyled content which is unusual but without being able to see the site there is no way to look for clues to suggest what might be causing this.

There is a setting for this error in another plugin.
Setting name;
Show when ready: ON/OFF
Display tabs when javascript init and ready
This can help you.
I cannot reproduce this issue on my test sites. Without being able to see the issue on a live site it is not possible for me to troubleshoot.
