A necessary plugin for complex sites

On a complex site, it is easy to have plugins and other css/javascript that are present on every page but only necessary for a few. This plugin makes it easy to decide which code to use on a page-by-page basis. You can prevent a plugin or code from loading on a site-wide basis and only enable it on the pages that use it, or you can disable it on specific pages.
