A perfect solution for tickets

I am now working for a while with this plugin and I need to admit, my team and my customer are excited about it. Easy to install, in the free version basically everything you need and easy to extend to fair prices. Only downside, the documentation is not 100% up to date yet. But a good customer service make it up for it. I can absolute recommend it.
