A Plugin is nothing without dedicated Support

I have the premium version of BackItUp and have been using it for years now. I have to say that this plugin is great, but what makes it even better is the prompt and professional support that comes with it. I usually receive a reply to my support requests within minutes and that simple fact is enough to steady my nerves during a web crash crisis.
I would also like to mention the fact that I received the same quality of service when I still had the free plugin, and that this was probably the main factor that prompted me to purchase the premium version.
