A plugin with great support

I’ve had BackupGuard Pro for about 4 years now, I use it occasionally only and it never misses a beat. It’s one of those pieces of software that just works and you never give it two thoughts.

Today however, I migrated a site from one host to another and had problems with restoring the database. I googled the error message and found nothing so I was left with no option but to try the dreaded support feature. Was I surprised! Lisa was methodical in her approach and we finally got to the bottom of the problem and resolved it in no time at all. I’ve never had support solve a problem that easily before, ever.
