    Just need to know if links inside the embedded PDF will work?

    Links to External URLs on internal PDF links to from Table of Contents to a Page?

    yes links inside pdf do work.

    Sorry for the confusion. 🙂
    There are 2 kinds of links in our PDF’s:
    External links that send readers to a web site
    Jump Links internal to the PDF, such as a link in the Table of Contents that sends them to that chapter inside the PDF.
    We need both to work. 🙂
