A question before I start using it

I am trying to see if I can add a recipe to a page and add the recipe to a list of recipes with avatar image for each recipe from on a url

If I click on a main image as seen in the following site
http://vegweb.com/recipes

I would like to be able to go into it and see list of recipes. The main option i would like to have is for guests to be able to add their own recipe on the front end and assign it to a recipe category.

Can this be done with this plugin? And if so i would like to be similar to the site above, with the addition of guests being able to add their own recipe to the a specific category. Thank you.
