A reoccurring fee management plugin?

    Hi guys!
    I’m looking for a plugin that could simple manage the payment for an association fee.
    I mean, for example, each 1st of February everyone has to pay his fee. The plugin I need should remember to pay (with a email for example) before the deadline to whom that haven’t payed yet. Or something similar!
