good:
1) good selection of colours
2) reasonable layout
bad:
1) background is far too busy
2) the content seems to be a mishmash – some of the content seems to float not seemingly connected to anything.
3) inconsistent use of colours – you seem to be going for a darkish scheme, but the way the colours are used makes it break up a bit
4) the layout although reasonable could do with brushing up – organisation of your sidebar content would be a good idea.
Overall it’s a little messy for me, and I would consider re-doing some of it, looking at consistent colour schemes and adding less black, perhaps using it as a trim. The background should probably go.
