• I would not recommend doing business with Net-Factor SL under any circumstances. Net-Factor charges a high price for their WordPress Plugins ($149.99), but refuses to issue a refund when their product does not work as advertised. My company wasted $149.99 on a Net-Factor plugin (Calculated Fields Forms Platinum) that we would not use because the PDF feature that Net-Factor marketed online actually required the user to purchase a service costing hundreds of dollars. Net-Factor refused to issue a refund – despite the total uselessness of the plugin for our website. According to Net-Factor, the user is solely responsible for knowing (ahead of time) that Net-Factor’s promotional claims are exaggerated, and the user bears the cost for a mistaken purchase. There is a name for this: RIPOFF. I would absolutely not recommend Net-Factor or its product under any circumstances.

    Hello,

The Platinum version of the plugin offers many features, like optional integration with multiple payment gateways (PayPal Pro, Authorize.Net, Skrill, iDeal, SagePay, RedSys, …) and third party services like Zapier, WebMerge, MailChimp, DropBox, Google Analytics with custom events, and more… (Visit the following link, it includes a comparison of the features in all versions of the plugin: http://cff.dwbooster.com/download#comparison)

As described in the plugin documentation to generate dynamically a PDF file with the information collected by the forms you should use an external service, for example the WebMerge service, but it is not the only one choice, you can also use Zapier to connect the form with Google Drive to generate the PDF files (there are other possible zaps). In all cases is explicitly informed in multiple pages of the plugin website and plugin documentation that third party services like WebMerge, Google and Zapier aren’t related with our company and some of them may charge for their services.

    Best regards.
