A Solid Solution

We needed a comprehensive form solution that allowed for custom development while enabling front-end client maintenance. We tested both Gravity Forms + Gravity Wiz and Formidable Forms (FF). We liked both companies’ products and customer service. However, we did not want to rely on multiple third-party developer plugins, even those approved by Gravity Forms, to meet our requirements. The main concern was the increased complexity and complications with integrations, documentation, restrictions, and troubleshooting. With FF, 90% of what we wanted to achieve was available out of the box with the Elite plan.

Being Elite users, we find FF offers robust functionality with extensive flexibility across the form builder, views, and settings, complemented by a generous array of add-ons. We have regular interaction with support for both development solutions and bug reporting, and response is fast, friendly, and efficient. FF’s documentation and resources are thorough, and the community offers additional support should you want to pursue it. Occasionally, issues arise during a version update or add-on release. However, if you report an issue, support is usually able to quickly provide you with a patch.
