• Two years ago, I tried to unsubscribe from this service because it doesn’t offer automatic renewals, and it’s been impossible. I get the same payment every year, and there’s been no response from them. I’ve been forced to file a complaint with my bank and cancel my credit card because it’s impossible and no one answers. A CONTINUOUS THEFT.

    I’ve just checked and we did receive an email from you last week, which we responded to but have not heard back. Your subscription has been cancelled and refunded (5 days ago) and should reflect on your side within the next 5 days at latest.

    It seems our replies may not be making it through to you but we have replied to all tickets submitted from your email address. We are sorry for the frustration this has caused.
