I’ve decided to change my review from 5 starts to 2 stars. Here is why. Let’s consider you have a text like this:
Johnny has got blue and green toy cars.
We want to replace “blue and green” with “blue, green and red”. But if we try to do it with “Better Find and Replace”, we’ll get the following result:
Johnny has got Array toy cars.
Doesn’t look cool, isn’t it? That’s why I give only two starts to this plugin.
P.S. Also it’s impossible to filter the database (e.g. wp_posts table) to separate posts and pages.

Let me clear few things, there is no way to forget an option which has been emphasis on few area’s of the plugin. Even, there is a caution of the beginning of this section.
The way you thought, the plugin doesn’t worked in that way. It has a combination of array of find and replacement. Comma, separate words as array. So, when did you put comma in replacement field, it becomes an array but find remaining as string. Which is a mis-combination. That was actually designed for advance users as we have a vision to take it to the new level.
Anyway, we have simplified it and if you try now on latest version with your find and replacement pattern you tried, hopefully you will get your desired result.
