A4 Top Margin

    Hi,

    I set the A4 top margin to zero but the generated print preview still has lots of spaces on top. Even with margin none on Chrome print still has space on top.

    I inspect the code and there is this code on top of the content.

    How to remove the extra two p tags and br tag?

    We have fixed a similar error in the latest version of the plugin, please update the plugin and check if the problem remains.
