Tablepress & Amazon Associates Link Builder Plugin

I’m having problems with the combo above. Links/product carousels/product grids all localize when they are simple in the content of the post, but as soon as I put them into a table from table press everyone ends up being sent to either amazon.com (one table) or amazon.de (another table).

Any settings I need to be sure I’ve got right? I’ve asked on the Tablepressplugin support page too.
