    Hello,

    To be clear,

    Right now, I have three emails regarding abandoned carts.

    If the consumer adds a product to their cart without checking out after the second abandon email has been issued, will they receive the first abandon email again?

    Hi,

    The email sending behavior depends on how long the data is stored in the Abandoned Carts table. If the customer’s email information has been deleted from the Abandoned Carts table but is still stored in the WooCommerce session table, it may be triggered and sent again.

    To control how long abandoned cart data is retained, you can modify the “Delete abandoned records” option in the plugin settings.
