Abandoned cart not triggering

    Hello,

    As stated, no abandoned cart emails are being sent.

    Sync looks good, everything seems to be in order.

    Am I missing something?

    Also, customer retarget automations also not being sent.

    They are both on 0 sent.

    Coupon code and welcome automations that I also have are being sent normally.

    Latest WP 6.3.2. Woocommerce 8.0.3, MailerLite – WooCommerce 2.0.2

    Hi @zeko5851,

    Our team investigated what you reported, and noticed that there is no checkbox during checkout which means either Subscribe on checkout is disabled or Add subscribers after checkout is enabled, in both cases, the abandoned cart is not triggered.

    Could you review this settings and retest the automations?
