Hey there @ozkate
Both of those issues do sound suspicious. Glad to see what we can do to help.
Regarding the abandoned cart automation, I might suggest checking the MailChimp list to see if people who abandoned the cart are appearing on the list with a Non-Subscribed Transactional status. If you do see them on the list, this would confirm that they are at least being passed over from the plugin, and the issue lies in the setup of the Automation. If you’re not seeing them appear on the list as transactional, then the plugin is not passing that data over, and it may be worth checking to make sure the site meets the minimum requirements to run the plugin and that there aren’t any plugin conflicts.
Regarding pricing being incorrectly tracked, it would be necessary for a customer to click through a link in a campaign with e-commerce tracking enabled in order for revenue to appear in the campaign report. However, if you’re not seeing prices tracked at all even for genearl purchases, this would be something you’ll want to investigate with MailChimp’s support team. I suggest this since they can access your specific MailChimp account have a closer look at the specific information MailChimp For WooCommerce is passing to your account.
