    Dear Developers,

    I need help with the following:

    A customer adds products to the cart, places the order with card payment selected, but does not complete the payment. In this case, the status becomes Pending, and after some time it changes to Cancelled.

    The purchase appears in the abandonment list, but the plugin did not send it through the webhook. Is the reason for this the Cancelled status?

    The order is still listed among the abandonments despite being Cancelled.

    Hi @dobti ,

    Greetings for the day!

    The order appearing in the abandoned order list depends on the order status tracking settings in the plugin. If you have Cancelled or Pending order statuses excluded from tracking, those orders will not be marked as Abandoned, and consequently, the webhook will not be triggered.

    To ensure webhooks are sent, please check your plugin settings and make sure the relevant order statuses are not excluded in abandonment tracking.
