Ability to exclude specific keys from getting cached

Hi,

In BuddyPress there’s a weird issue which results in permalinks getting generated incorrectly. We reached out to them to fix it, but they’re reluctant to fix it: https://buddypress.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ticket/6448

We added autoload to no on wp_options.rewrite_rules row. However, this key rewrite_rules keeps getting saved to Redis cache.

You have an option to exclude specific groups from getting cached, but there’s no way to exclude a specific key. Would you be able to add a feature that allows us to exclude specific keys from getting saved in Redis?
