Ability to export orders to include custom fields

    Hi,

    On my website, I’m trying to export a list of orders, and the product I’ve set up has two custom fields using your plugin. I’ve installed the WP All Export plugin, and its addon Order Export for WooCommerce. I only have a single product on the website.

    I’ve tried running the export and generated a csv file, the file is showing columns for the custom fields, however they’re empty for each order.

    Please can you let me know whether it’s possible to export orders from the website, and also include what customers have inputted for the custom fields? I just want a simple spreadsheet with the columns Order ID, Customer Name, Custom Field 1, Custom Field 2, and Order Date.

    Hi @bowlerhat

    That sounds like an issue with the export plugin rather than ours? We have a document here that also explains how to do it with the “Advanced Order Export” plugin (free). It’s mostly for our paid version but should work for our free version as well. Can you try that plugin instead?

    Perfect, thanks for this! I’ve used the Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce plugin instead, and been able to export a list of the orders, plus the custom fields.
