Ability to select stops

Hello
Great plugin and what i was looking for.
Can you tell me if i can plan a route to pick up garbage bins according to their state? For example i have full bins and empty bins. I would like a route planned only for the full bins ignoring the rest. Is there any route planning to support weighted stops?
