My success rate with this plugin is never over 50% so I’m not even surprised it failed yet again, but this time the backup logs end with:

    [STEP] [2023-05-07 12:21:55] Finalizing backup
    [INFO] [2023-05-07 12:21:55] Adding manifest…
[STEP] [2023-05-07 12:21:55] Closing files and archives
    [END-CODE] [2023-05-07 12:21:55] #001
    [STEP] [2023-05-07 12:21:55] Aborting backup…
    [END-CODE] [2023-05-07 12:21:55] #002

And yet I receive the Backup Successful message along with the link to the backup file, but when I try to use the link to restore or to download the backup they fail and the backups list is also empty, clearly no backup has been made but the plugin somehow states otherwise.

I don’t need help, I’m just gonna use a different plugin, but you should at least fix this issue, you can’t abort the backup (with no reason given) and then tell people it was successful.

    Hello @joegp ,

We are sorry about the issue that you faced, however, our team is constantly working to make the plugin work smoothly on ALL WordPress variations, although there are millions out there.

If you could kindly provide the debug log, we would be more than willing to resolve the issue on your site and see if there is room for improvement in the plugin.

You can share the debug log in the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options, and please paste the code in your reply.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Sorry, I didn’t have time to wait for your reply, nor was I looking for help, so I immediately uninstalled your plugin and tried something else, and eventually used Duplicator.

So I don’t have any debug log to send you. I’ll try and remember the logs for next time, because I have no doubt there will be one.
