    hi, thanks for rolling out customization options for the chatbot, but i’m not sure if they are applied. i made setting changes but it’s not reflected on the front end. could you perhaps check? thanks

    sorry, i misunderstood! i used the short code inside an elementor tab. i think that’s why the widget didn’t appear. (but it’d be nice to have different size options for mobile and tablets) in any case, the recent update to get posts and pages into jsonl is incredibly great. kudos again.

    Hi @creactivemind,

    If you’d like the place the icon on your website, you don’t need to use shortcode. You can activate the widget and choose a location then It will appear there.
