I want to raise the question not about the violation of efficiency, but about the convenience of work.
There are 312 items in my catalog, but only 310 items are displayed on the site. I have already manually compared the lists twice, but I could not achieve the same numbers. Probably it would be very good to have a tool that will identify products that are not included in any of the catalogs.
Adding products to the catalog is carried out using three tables, two of which are basic. Source tables are very small.

  • Hi fromsalekhard,

The plugin works correctly and we’re not sure what’s causing this mismatch. Could you help us with some more information so that we could investigate further?

What’s the number displayed in the column “Products in Catalogue” if you navigate to the “Catalogues” tab for the catalogue in question?

Also, could you try adding the products by category to a test catalog and see if it shows all the products?

Could you also share a link to the page? which will help us investigate the issue. You could email us the link [email protected] if you do not wish to share it here.

No, no, this does not apply to the wrong operation of the plugin. It’s about comfortable working with him. Tell me how can I check whether all my products are distributed in catalogs?
I have 312 products and all of them should be displayed in the catalog. But there is only 310 displayed and I can’t find “missing” items.

    Hi fromsalekhard,

    1) If you go to the “Catalogues” tab, and look at the table on the right, show many “Products in Catalogue” (i.e. listed in the table’s far right column) are listed there?

    2) If you create a second Catalogue (a brand new empty one), can you try adding all your products there and changing your shortcode to the new catalogue ?

I’ve dealt with the problem. Thanks.
