    Hi,

    I have a question.
But I’m not good at English,so I’m sorry if this sentence is hard to understand.

    Now,user deletion is physical delete.
I would like you to change to logical delete, but is it possible?

I need log about the user,
becouse I need to know what happened to the user.
    (unsubscribe yourself or some error)

I’m glad to if you do this request.
Thank you for looking into this.

Are you wanting some type of notification letting you know why the user deleted their membership account. Is this correct?

    Regards.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Yes, it’s what I got.

・Log about user unsubscribing remain in the database or log file
・An email will be sent when the user unsubscribes

For example, like the above measures are desirable.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    I got it.

    Sorry for the additional question,
Is there a shortcode to disable the user?
    (Not delete)

    As far as I know,
there is only a shortcode to delete the user.

If you know, please let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

Is there a shortcode to disable the user?
    (Not delete)

No, there isn’t. To disable the user, go to members tab and locate the user in question and change their account status. You can also notify the user to let them know why their account status has changed. This is done by enabling the Notify User option.

    Kind regards.

Hi, you can set the account status to “Inactive” which will deactivate the user’s account. No need to delete the user account if you don’t want to completely delete it. The account status field and the membership level controls the user’s access to your site. So use those fields to remove the permission of the member’s account.

I want a mechanism that users can disable themselves.

    As far as I know,
there is only a shortcode to delete the user.
Or the administrator disables the user on the admin screen.

Is there a way for users to disable it themselves?

I’m sorry if the content is written in the document.

If you know, please let me know.
I look forward to hearing from you.
