    Do you know what the cause is?

    Hi, yes the issue is known. This is caused by an external party (such as a search engine or other bot) trying to load a non-existent sitemap. In this case a sitemap by the name sitemap-pt.xml which causes the plugin to look for a template file that does not exist either, which in turn causes the error.

    So the issue will not affect your regular visitors, nor any search engines that respect your submitted sitemap. The issue will be fixed in the next release.
