    What is the definition of “Global Directory” as per the creator of this plugin?

    My meaning of “Global Directory” means, not specific to any location. How would I create such non location specific “Global Directory” using this plugin?

    Hi,

    Global directory for us means covering the Globe. Every single possible location.

    If you wish to do a directory for listings without addresses, you’ll need the Custom Post Type add-on.

    And further I would like to confirm that if I create Custom Post Type then will I be able to add categories and subcategories in custom post type?

    Yes you can add cats and subcats to CPTs 🙂
