Does it support multiple language support? maybe one site using WPML or several sites using MultilinguaPress.

I checked the contact form 7 supports WPML but not sure here.

I believe this plugin does have multiple language support, but is not compatible with WPML. Contact Form 7 currently has a conflict with that plugin:

Note that the workaround on that page disables CF7 AJAX submission.
