About subscription cancellation

I created silver and gold paid-membership ranks with this plugin and registered the corresponding subscriptions with Stripe.
Then I bought a silver subscription with Stripe SCA, then a gold subscription, and then canceled with the shortcode cancel button.
On the Stripe dashboard, I’ve confirmed that only the gold subscription has been cancelled.
Then I canceled it again with the shortcode cancel button, but the silver subscription was not canceled.I have two questions here.
First, is it possible to select and cancel a subscription from multiple purchased subscriptions?
Second, if I buy multiple subscriptions, can I cancel all of them?
(I understand that if I delete a member, all subscriptions will be canceled, but I want to continue as a free member even after the paid membership period expires, so I would like to know a method other than deletion.)

i am talking about the same member purchasing more than one subscription.
According to the URL you provided at the beginning, it seems that you need to ask the member for the email address and information of the subscription you want to cancel, and operate it on the dashboard.
Instead of such an operation, I wanted to allow members to cancel any subscription from multiple subscriptions with the button, but I thought I couldn’t.
As stated in the second URL provided, letting members operate from Stripe’s customer portal seemed to be the best solution, so I’ll consider it.
