About the Sitemap

After I installed All in One SEO Pack, do I need to often click the “Update Sitemap” button? Do I still need to upload the XML Sitemap to Google Search Console manually? If yes, how to do it (I get 6 files as below after I clicked the “Update Sitemap” button, I don’t know how to do next step)?
