About upgrade

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my wordpress and I get this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes > exhausted (tried to allocate 2605483 bytes) in > /home/jbb/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 380.
